Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Tijarat.pk ("Service," "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Service.

- •This Service is for business purposes only
Account Registration
2.1 Account Creation
- ›Provide accurate and complete information
- ›Maintain the security of your account credentials
- ›Promptly update any changes to your information
- ›Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
2.2 One Account Per Business
Each business may have only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits or for fraudulent purposes will result in immediate termination.
Merchant Responsibilities
- ›Comply with Laws: Follow all applicable laws and regulations of Pakistan
- ›Accurate Information: Provide truthful product descriptions, images, and pricing
- ›Honor Purchases: Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner
- ›Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and complaints within 48 hours
- ›Data Protection: Handle customer data responsibly and legally
- ›Payment Obligations: Pay all platform fees on time

4.2 Paid Subscriptions
- ›Monthly or annual billing (your choice)
- ›Auto-renewal — cancel anytime
- ›JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Card accepted
- ›All prices in PKR
4.3 Payment Failures
- ›We'll notify you and retry payment
- ›Account may be suspended after 7 days of non-payment
- ›Account deleted after 30 days of non-payment
- ›You remain responsible for any outstanding fees
Refund Policy
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of a paid subscription, we will refund your payment. Applies only to your first month of service.
What Is NOT Refundable
- ›Optional services (setup assistance, custom design)
- ›Subscriptions after 30 days
- ›Partial month refunds (mid-billing cycle cancellations)
- ›Transaction fees charged by payment processors
To request a refund: Email support@tijarat.pk with your account details and reason. We process refunds within 7–14 business days.
Acceptable Use Policy
You may NOT use our Service to:
Violations may result in immediate suspension, permanent termination, and/or legal action.
Intellectual Property
Our IP
Tijarat.pk, our logo, software, and content are owned by us and protected by law. You may NOT:
- ›Copy or create derivative works of our platform
- ›Reverse engineer our software
- ›Use our trademarks without written permission
Your Content
You retain all rights to your uploaded content. You grant us a limited license to:
- ›Store and display your content
- ›Process orders on your behalf
- ›Create automated backups
- ›Use anonymized data for analytics
Limitation of Liability
Tijarat.pk is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We are NOT liable for:
- ›Lost profits or revenue
- ›Loss of data or business
- ›Indirect or consequential damages
- ›Damages from third-party services (Stripe, couriers, etc.)
Maximum Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
Your Right to Cancel
- ›Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing
- ›Access continues until end of billing period
- ›Export your data before canceling
- ›30-day guarantee applies within first month
Our Right to Terminate
- ›Violation of these Terms
- ›Engagement in prohibited activities
- ›Payment failure for 30+ days
- ›Required by law or court order
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Step 1 — Informal Resolution: Before filing any legal claim, contact us at legal@tijarat.pk and allow at least 30 days for resolution.
Step 2 — Arbitration: If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in Rawalpindi/Islamabad, Pakistan, under the Arbitration Act 1940.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Courts in Rawalpindi, Punjab have exclusive jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only — no class actions or representative actions.
Changes to These Terms
For significant changes we will notify you 30 days in advance via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
